FRIDAY
Aug. 8
5:30: The Pub at Laurelwood.
Casual and fun location, no-host bar, light nibbles provided. Spouses and significant others welcome with ticket! Located at the iconic Laurelwood Golf Club. 2700 Columbia St, Eugene, OR 97403
SATURDAY
Aug. 9
5:30 - 10pm: The Club at Autzen Stadium.
Dinner Buffet & Dance
Buffet with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options provided. No-host bar. Bring your dancing shoes. Located in Autzen Stadium upstairs in the Donors Club.
Entrance & Parking: Enter Leo Harris parkway from the east end (towards Springfield) and navigate to ENTRY 5. Park in any space available in the parking lot. There will be an EMS baseball game that evening and they are sharing the parking lot with us. If you encounter an attendant, just let them know you are parking for the SEHS reunion – do not pay for any parking. Walk to the SOUTH GATE of Autzen (by the Duck on a Bench) where you will find a security staff person providing access to the stadium. Use the south stairs or elevator to reach the concourse then utilize an elevator or the escalator to access the 2nd floor – Club @ Autzen.
SUNDAY
Aug. 10
12 Noon - 3pm: Lunch at Roaring Rapids Pizza Company
Located at the old Pietro’s Pizza Parlor in Glenwood. https://roaringrapidspizza.com. 4006 Franklin Blvd, Eugene, OR 97403. A no-host gathering on the patio for a slice and a brew. We have reserved the patio, including a tent with shade, along the Willamette River. We’ll gather for lunch to end our weekend. (It’s looking as though we may be able to swing for a few pizzas and some pitchers, thanks to the generous donations that have been made)

Meet at The Ford Alumni Center

When you arrive at the Student Welcome Center, please check-in at the welcome desk before connecting with your Student Ambassador.
You can park for free in the 13th Avenue Garage, located underneath the Ford Alumni Center.
Grab a ticket as you enter the garage and get it validated at the Student Welcome Center.
(There is also a parking garage next door under the Matthew Knight Arena)
11:00 am - 12:15 pm - Campus Tour ends at Hayward Field
Hayward Field Tour
12:15 pm - 1:30 pm Hayward Field Tour
(Mark Pilkenton will announce during the tour, where to park at Autzen, as there is construction that
has closed Leo Harris Parkway)
Autzen Tour
1:30 pm - 1:45 pm - Drive to the Autzen Stadium complex
1:45 pm - 2:00 pm - Gather in front of Duck Store at Moshofsky Center
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Tour of Hatfield-Dowlin Football Operations Center & Autzen Stadium
The tour will end with group photos on the field at Autzen stadium
after Oregon football scrimmage ends
